The North Renfrew Landfill Operations Board operates the Baggs Road Landfill Site under the authority of enabling bylaws duly passed by its two parent municipalities, the Town of Laurentian Hills and the Town of Deep River, and is governed by the terms of an intermunicipal agreement between the Towns. Only ratepayers (residents, owners, and tenants) of the two Towns may use the landfill site.
